What's in the Course?
From May 11 to 15, we're teaching a 5-part expansive mindfulness framework that will transform your relationship with mindfulness, provide more clarity in your daily life, and provide paths of expression and release.
Each day at 9 am ET, a new class will launch that guides you through the process of expanding, reclaiming, and building a mindfulness practice that fits you rather than you fitting it. Classes range from 15 to 25 minutes and include education and integration practices.
Each afternoon at 3 pm ET, you’ll have exclusive access to a live integration session run by TJ + Bailey, the co-founders of The Playful Revolution. This will be an opportunity to ask questions, try expansive mindfulness practices, and deepen learning. These sessions will be 30-45 minutes.
The course will run from Monday, May 11 to Friday, May 15, 2026. After May 15, you’ll still have full access to the course AND the recording of the live integration sessions.

Before play? I was burnt out, drowning in the “mindfulness” culture. Stillness, breathwork, sure, it had its place—but no one was talking about what I was craving: letting go. Where was the silliness? Where was the space to just laugh, be ridiculous, and free?

As a teacher, I bring 20 years of experience helping people reconnect to their core humanness, navigate complex trauma, and reorient to their joy. My career as a clinical trauma therapist touches every aspect of my work as a speaker and educator. Incorporating mindful play into healing and mental health has been instrumental in shaping The Playful Revolution’s social justice, relationship-first,
choice-driven framework.

What happens after I sign-up?
You'll receive an email with a link to our private community as well as a schedule of the classes that will run from May 11 to May 15. Starting at 9 am on May 11 you'll receive a daily email with a link to the next lesson. The lessons will also be posted in the private community.
Will this course always be available?
Yes! If you sign-up to join you'll have lifetime access to the pre-recorded lessons as well as the archive of the live sessions.
I'm a mental-health professional, should I join?
Yes! This will give a 5-part expansive mindfulness framework that you can immediately use with your clients. We will also provide exercises to try and questions to deepen both you and your clients understanding of mindfulness.
How long are the sessions?
The pre-recorded videos are 15-25 minutes and will be released each morning at 9 am ET.
The live sessions are between 30 - 45 mins and will be held at 3 pm ET
What if I can't make a live session?
A recording of the daily live sessions will be sent via email and in the private community.
