What is Engagement?
Engagement is the experience of being interested, embodied, connected, and present in a moment. It's a mindful state that is embodied and aligned.
Think about the last time you lost track of time. The last time you felt excited and truly alive. The last time you felt a sense of accomplishment in something. These are all forms of engagement in your body.
